Nordic heritage encourages us to take pleasure in simple things, experience the intense flavors in the first few bites of food, and enjoy fellowship. Scott’s menu will do just that. Tonight features Asparagus with Scallops and Tobiko, Smoked Labneh, Rabbit Leg with Kale and Potato, ending with Grapefruit & Passionfruit Panna Cotta, Sorbet, Coconut Espuma and the salty-sweet combination of Milk Crumb.

Payment must be received in order to reserve your seat. Classes tend to fill quickly, that being said we often have cancellations. If the class you are interested in is full we’ll be happy to add your name to a waiting list. Please, if you find you are unable to keep your reservation, notify us three days in advance in order to receive a full refund. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. A 10% discount, food samples, and recipes will be provided at most classes.
