Stymied or intimidated by sauces? Chef Pat will teach you his twist on three classics. Learn the techniques to successful sauce making and how to incorporate them into recipes. Tonight’s class will focus on Bechamel, Bearnaise/Hollandaise, and Stir Fry Sauces.

Payment must be received in order to reserve your seat. Classes tend to fill quickly, that being said we often have cancellations. If the class you are interested in is full we’ll be happy to add your name to a waiting list. Please, if you find you are unable to keep your reservation, notify us three days in advance in order to receive a full refund. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. A 10% discount, food samples, and recipes will be provided at most classes.
