Tonight Todd adds a plate and fork to his trusty bowl and spoon. He helps us explore French Canadian cuisine with a well-rounded menu of Pate Chinois with Homemade Cherry Tomato Ketchup, Cretons (a Quebecois ground pork pate), Cod & Mussel Chowder with Hard Cider, and ends with Frosted Maple Gingerbread.

Payment must be received in order to reserve your seat. Classes tend to fill quickly, that being said we often have cancellations. If the class you are interested in is full we’ll be happy to add your name to a waiting list. Please, if you find you are unable to keep your reservation, notify us three days in advance in order to receive a full refund. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. A 10% discount, food samples, and recipes will be provided at most classes.
